About this role
Senior People Operations Generalist San Francisco | OnSite THE ROLE Latent is the leading clinical AI platform for medication access, partnering with over 45 health systems to streamline prior authorizations, 340B compliance, and medication appeals. We're accelerating time-to-therapy for patients while reducing the administrative burden on the clinicians and staff who care for them. We're looking for a sharp, flexible Senior People Operations Generalist to help us build the foundational programs that help our small team and the company scale. This is an early and highly visible role on our People team, in which you'll own the day-to-day operations of HR, including benefits, onboarding, immigration, compliance, and more. You'll work closely with team leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build the systems and programs that foster an incredible employee experience. This role is based in San Francisco. It will be a great fit for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, brings order to chaos, and is genuinely excited by the idea of building People infrastructure at a company that's on a clear trajectory. WHAT YOU'LL DO Benefits & Perks Administration - Administer and continuously improve our benefits programs, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day employee support and vendor operations. - Support benefit enrollments alongside our broker, including employee communications, vendor coordination, and data accuracy in our HRIS. - Measure and iterate on employee feedback to continue to hone a competitive and highly utilized benefits and perks program.
