The AI Process Improvement team helps Lambda scale its finance operations through automation, workflow optimization, and applied AI solutions. We partner closely with accounting, tax, FP&A, and operations teams to identify high-impact process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve the quality and accessibility of financial information. As an AI Process Improvement Intern, you'll help evaluate and implement practical AI-driven solutions across accounting and tax workflows. You'll work on real operational challenges, help build scalable internal tools and processes, and gain exposure to how emerging AI technologies are being deployed inside a fast-growing technology company. What You'll Do - Analyze accounting and tax workflows to identify opportunities for AI-enabled automation and process improvements - Build and maintain centralized documentation, process maps, and knowledge resources for finance operations - Evaluate and test AI tools, large language models, and workflow automation platforms for accounting and tax use cases - Assist
