Senior Program Manager, Kubota Credit Corporation Grapevine, TX, USA Senior Program Manager, Kubota Credit Corporation Grapevine, TX, USA Posted Monday, June 8, 2026 JOB OVERVIEW The Sr. Program Manager supports the development and management of product, data and technology initiatives, driving the planning and execution of strategic projects and programs that deliver meaningful business outcomes for Kubota Credit Corporation (KCC). The KCC Sr. Program Manager partners closely with business stakeholders, product leaders, and IS to align initiatives with strategic objectives and drive execution from intake through closure, meeting scope, schedule and budget expectations. This role requires strong analytical and program management fundamentals, the ability to balance competing priorities across enterprise-scale programs, and proficiency leveraging AI and modern tools to enhance portfolio efficiency. The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for developing a thorough understanding of KCC portfolio priorities, dependencies and desired business outcomes while building strong relationships across the organization, delivering transparent reporting, and driving continuous improvement in PMO practices and governance. The candidate will be expected to perform program management responsibilities utilizing both Agile and PMI methodologies including scope, resource alignment, technical feasibility, cost, and schedule management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company's policies, procedures and guidelines: Partner with business, product, data, and IS teams to define and plan initiatives-clarifying objectives, success metrics, scope, resources, budget, and timeline-so they align to organizational goals and are effectively coordinated across teams Assign responsibilities to cross-functional program
