PROJECT LEADER HEAD Linares Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and turning ideas into impactful results? As a Project Lead at our Linares Plant, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and implementing savings initiatives that support operational excellence and business performance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, solving complex challenges, and influencing change through data-driven decision-making. This role works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and site leadership teams to build and execute a robust pipeline of savings and cost optimization projects. You'll have the opportunity to lead improvement initiatives, coach project owners, and contribute to the long-term success of one of our largest manufacturing operations. Occasional travel may be required. Continuous Improvement Pipeline - Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of improvement initiatives that support current and future operational goals.
