About this role
Phase in Phase Out Analyst-12 months contract Bucharest, IN As a Phase In Phase Out Analyst , you'll support the planning of product changes and innovations by turning data into insights that help the business make informed decisions. Reporting to the IBP Pringles Planning Manager, in this 12 months fixed term contract based in Bucharest, you'll work closely with Supply Planning, Scheduling, Initiative teams, and Markets to ensure product transitions happen smoothly while balancing service, inventory, and cost objectives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with different teams to drive business results. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing • Analyze Data and Generate Insights Use planning reports and data analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and trends that support decision-making across Supply Planning, Scheduling, and Initiative teams. • Support Product Transitions Help manage Phase-In / Phase-Out (PIPO) activities by analyzing different scenarios and providing recommendations that support successful product launches, promotions, and discontinuations. • Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with planning, initiative, manufacturing, and market teams to gather information, align priorities, and support the execution of key business initiatives. • Monitor Risks and Performance Track inventory, service, and supply chain risks related to product transitions and help identify actions to minimize waste, stock shortages, and excess inventory. • Maintain Planning Tools a
