Entry Finance Professional - Temporal Queretaro Are you passionate about finance and ready to build a strong foundation in accounting and business operations? Join our Kellogg Global Business Services (GBS) team as an Entry Finance Professional. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements, while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and automation. You will gain exposure to regional finance activities across Latin America and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support accurate financial reporting and business decision-making. This role is based in Querétaro, México. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Invoice Accounting & Analysis: Receive, review, and administrate foreign trade invoices from different LATAM countries, ensuring accurate accounting and fiscal information within financial systems. Month-End & Financial Close Support: Perform month-end closing activities, including accrual adjustments and ensuring all documents are posted on time. Controls & Compliance: Execute compliance and internal control testing to ensure processes are properly implemented and aligned with corporate and statutory requirements. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Generate key performance indicators, basic financial analyses, and reports to support business insights and operational follow-up.
