Key Responsibilities - Perform Server monitoring and troubleshooting for all Active Directory components and roles , including: - DNS, DHCP - Remote Desktop Services (RDS) - DFS Replication (DFSR) - Active Directory Replication - Group Policy Objects (GPOs) - Triage and resolve server performance monitoring alerts , including CPU, memory, disk, and service-level issues. - Identify, analyze, and resolve disk space issues , including: - Drive/disk capacity monitoring - Disk and storage resizing/expansion - Coordination with storage teams when required - Manage Windows patching activities , including: - Troubleshooting patch failures - Applying Cumulative Updates (CU) for Microsoft Exchange - Performing Windows Server version upgrades
