Position Summary The Production Manager is an operations leadership role within the Supply Chain Operations organization, based in Monroe, CT. The role leads end-to-end production operations and aligns capacity, inventory health, and execution with demand forecasts and business priorities. This position plans, coordinates, and oversees day-to-day production activities while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. The Production Manager is a member of the Supply Chain leadership team and reports to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead the Production team to ensure consistent execution of operations, safety standards, and performance expectations - Provide leadership updates on production performance, capacity, risks, and improvement initiatives
