About this role
Parts Sales Specialist Pell City, Alabama Overview Welcome to Nicholson Manufacturing, where you'll play an integral role in a global team - one that's obsessed with designing, building, and maintaining the best debarker available. We're on the search for a Parts Sales Specialist, to help advance Nicholson's mission of building reliability for our customers -- by delivering superior customer service, supporting service team members, and meeting sales targets. This position would work regular office hours (M-F 8 AM to 5 PM or similar schedule / 40 hours per week). This position is located in Pell City, Alabama. Responsibilities Identify sales opportunities; up-sell and cross-sell related or replacement parts, and promote upgrades and new products Process quotes, sales orders, returns, credits, and warranty-related parts transactions Maintain accurate records of sales, quotes, and customer interactions in Saleforce Consistently advance your technical knowledge of Nicholson's product lines, updates, and promotions, and those of its competitors Meet or exceed department sales targets and key performance metrics. Qualifications High School Diploma 2+ years of customer-facing sales / support in an aftermarket sales environment Fluent in English (spoken and written) experience with MS Office 365 and CRM or ERP system Preferred Skills & Abilities Post-Secondary education or training in a related field Secondary language (French, Spanish, German) would be an asset Familiar with Salesforce and Epicor Kinetic Familiar with heavy industrial equipment and spare parts Experience reading / understanding drawings Superior customer service skills Proven ability to think creatively and solve problems Effective communicator in person,
