Produce items from various materials to blue print, sketches and work instructions. Maintain raw material storage area and keep inventory under control. Responsibilities Works independently in planning, layout, setting up and operating the sawing machines. Produce items from various materials to blueprints, sketches and work instructions. Maintain raw material storage area and keep inventory under control. Pull and return raw materials as required. Responsible for producing product within specification and applicable procedures/work instructions. Perform basic machine maintenance and blade replacement. Maintains a clean, organized and efficient work area. Fully responsible for the quality of their own work. Comply with all company safety policies, procedures and practices. Must be a team player and participate in efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Works overtime as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Who is Kadant Solutions Division?
