Our platform helps developers understand user age, configure age appropriate experiences, manage parental consent, and stay aligned with fast changing global laws and regulations. We are building compliance infrastructure for the internet: developer first, privacy preserving, and designed to make complex regulatory obligations easier to operationalize at scale. Role Overview The Market Insights Operations Contractor is responsible for running k-ID's compliance-benchmarking engine. This function analyzes how real-world games and apps handle children's data privacy and online safety, powering our compliance benchmarks and market intelligence for customers. This is a hands-on role focused on accurate, explainable, and timely results throughout each testing cycle. You will operate neimo's game-testing and Market Insights pipeline - utilizing both AI agentic and manual testing - to ensure that results are reliable, explainable, and always delivered on schedule. Success in this role means making operations smoother, catching data issues early, and ensuring status visibility and resolution of blockers without escalation or chase. Responsibilities - Plan, manage, and execute testing cycles: Define games, jurisdictions, questions, and schedules; ensure rationale is documented and visible. - Operate and refine third-party AI agentic testing platforms: Configure runs, refine agent instructions, review and classify outputs, and follow
