ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for an Office Manager for our Washington, D.C., headquarters who will report directly to the Chief Advisor to the CEO. The successful candidate will partner directly with Juul Labs executives based in D.C. and the Office of the CEO to ensure the headquarters is managed and operated effectively. The Office Manager will also serve as an executive assistant to a small group of senior executives at the company. The ideal candidate must be proactive with excellent problem solving and judgment skills. The individual must be able to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature, interact comfortably and skillfully with senior level executives within and outside the company, as well as with lawmakers, regulators, and other public and private
