The primary role of the Fee Reconciliation Associate is to ensure our fees are fully reconciled and in line with the brokers/exchanges. What You'll Do: - Perform reconciliations and validations of the firms' global clearing, exchange, and regulatory fees/rebates against daily & monthly reporting from third parties such as exchanges and brokers. - Assist in monthly fee generation and accrual upload processes. - Help build out procedures and internal controls around fee reconciliation activities. - Collaborate with local stakeholders to research and provide resolutions for fee breaks. - Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis around fee breaks. - Other duties as assigned.
