Our Vonore, Tennessee facility is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee Tier‑1 automotive production operations within a designated area of the plant. In this role, you will lead team leaders and associates on your assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production while meeting delivery and cost targets. You will play a key role in supporting new program launches, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining strong communication between shifts.
