In this hands-on role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced automated production equipment in a fast-paced Tier-1 automotive manufacturing environment. You will be the go-to expert for solving complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues-helping minimize downtime and keep production on track. From diagnosing equipment failures to making real-time repairs and improvements, your work directly impacts productivity, quality, and overall operational success. Summary / Purpose Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, washers, powder coat, and assembly systems across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic functions. Essential Duties and Accountabilities - Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics - Troubleshoot electrical systems including three-phase power, PLCs, and CNC controls - Diagnose AC/DC drives, servo motors, and related components - Support mechanical systems including gearboxes, ball screws, rails, and bearings - Perform fabrication tasks including cutting, welding, and grinding - Troubleshoot and modify pneumatic and hydraulic systems -
