With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service. Overview Joby Aviation is seeking a highly organized, passionate individual to coordinate and track machine shop team activities in support of the development, certification, and production of eVTOL aircraft. As the coordinator, this person will have responsibility for scheduling, tracking, and planning for all machine shop jobs, and assist with fabrication and waterjet jobs. Will also be responsible for equipment maintenance schedule and repair, as well as material and tool inventory, working under the direction of the machine shop lead. Responsibilities Assists scheduling and priorities for upcoming CNC machining jobs, equipment maintenance, and repair Assist Fabrication and Water Jet teams with job scheduling, ordering, equipment maintenance and repairs Keeps internal customers (engineers) and team informed about the status of their requests with regular updates through verbal communication, Jira ticketing system and Slack channels Coordinates with engineers
