Overview Joby Aviation is seeking a People Team Specialist to join our Santa Cruz team. This role supports key functions within the Employee Relations and Compliance team, with an emphasis on delivering a welcoming new hire onboarding/orientation experience and supporting key compliance functions for the People team. As a People Team Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring employees feel supported from their first interaction with Joby through their entire employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with cross-functional People teams while managing sensitive information with accuracy, discretion, and care. As well as manage various aspects of our People compliance program.
