At Joby, we've been working to make that dream a reality since 2009 and we're now in the final stages of certifying our aircraft with the FAA. With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service. Overview Joby is seeking a visionary Aircraft Maintenance Training Manager to architect and lead our maintenance training ecosystem. You will oversee the development and deployment of our maintenance training programs, ranging from general systems familiarization to our innovative Maintenance Apprenticeship program. A unique highlight of this role includes leading a team of trainees in the hands-on assembly of Van's RV-12 aircraft, providing a foundational "build-to-learn" experience. In close collaboration with the Maintenance Lead, you will define the training standards for our future fleet of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. This is a rare opportunity to shape the next generation of aviation maintainers with emerging technology knowledge and new skills for a brand-new segment of the industry.
