Product Environmental Compliance Engineer Canonsburg, PA, US Position Description Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Product Environmental Compliance Engineer to join the Data Power & Control Division and support the Starline business unit. This role plays a critical part in ensuring Starline products meet global environmental, chemical, and material compliance requirements while remaining market‑ready across regions.In this position, you will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, sustainability, and supply‑chain partners to translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product guidance. The role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, sustainability, and global regulation, contributing to responsible product development and continuous improvement. What You Will Do Support the compliance of Starline products across global markets by maintaining evidence‑based environmental and material compliance programs. Coordinate product‑level compliance activities related to regulations such as REACH (including SCIP), RoHS, PFAS, TSCA, Prop 65, EU POPs, WEEE, VOC, conflict and extended minerals, and emerging Digital Product Passport requirements. Collect, maintain, and validate environmental and material compliance data to ensure traceability, accuracy, and audit readiness.
