Responsabilidades - Apoyo en la selección y evaluación de candidatos. - Onboarding a las nuevas incorporaciones (entrega de EPIs, tarjetas de acceso..). - Acompañamiento a los trabajadores en todo su proceso con nosotros (en términos de fichajes, absentismo, bajas...). - Seguimiento del servicio y resolución de incidencias. - Interlocución y feedback constante con el cliente. - Formación interna en el cliente para dar apoyo en tareas diarias y realización de diferentes informes. Requisitos - Valorable Grado en Relaciones Laborales, Psicología o similar. - Manejo del paquete Office (excel y análisis de datos). - Orientación a las personas y gestión de cliente. - Capacidad para la resolución de problemas. - Habilidades comunicativas tanto orales como escritas. - Proactividad y polivalencia. - Presencialidad. - Vehículo propio.
