Financial Reporting Accountant Hong Kong, Hong Kong About the Position We are looking for a qualified accountant to join our Financial Reporting team. In this role, you will primarily maintain the books and records for our APAC businesses and work with our regional and global accounting teams to prepare monthly and annual financial statements. Additional responsibilities of the role will include: - Preparing or reviewing various accounting reconciliations and financial schedules that support the financial statements - Collaborating with outside auditors and advisors, interpreting GAAP and documenting accounting policies and internal controls - Working closely with other team members, including members of our accounting-specific technology team, to improve and automate processes At Jane Street, we always look for the best solutions to complex problems-and that mindset extends to our accounting function.
