You'll work alongside our Senior Visual Designer to bring the Iru brand to life across every surface: website, digital ads, events, social, email, PDFs, and more. This is a great role for a designer who is early in their career but already has a strong point of view, a clean modern aesthetic, and the hunger to do their best work inside a fast-moving company. You'll have real ownership over assets that ship, direct access to marketing leadership, and a senior designer to learn from and collaborate with every day.
