Job Description: Primary Function of Position The Global Access, Value, and Economics (GAVE) team at Intuitive Surgical is seeking a highly motivated market access professional to support the development and execution of initiatives for P5 stakeholders (payers, providers, policymakers, physicians, and patients). The Manager, Global Access, Value & Economics - Taiwan will proactively shape and manage the economic landscape of the Taiwan market. This includes fostering a supportive healthcare environment by identifying and addressing access, coverage, reimbursement, evidence, and economic barriers that may limit broader adoption. The role will also drive increased utilization of Intuitive's current and future technologies among key local decision-makers. Primary Roles and Responsibilities Provide in-country leadership and operational oversight to address key barriers to adoption, including HTA, evidence development and management, medical policy and coverage, reimbursement submissions, payer engagement, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), and go-to-market launch support.
