About the role We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving significant growth in fast-moving, regulated industries. This role is for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments and can operate effectively in highly technical settings. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about DeFi. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to drive user growth, improve product adoption, and accelerate Injective's expansion across global markets. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across Injective products. - Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities. - Own and track key growth metrics, including user acquisition, engagement, activation, and retention. - Run growth experiments across channels and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. - Partner with Product and Business Development teams to improve onboarding flows and user adoption. - Identify and test new acquisition channels to expand Injective's reach beyond the existing crypto-native audience.
