About this role

WX/Senior Consultant - Learning and Development Senior Consultant- Learning and Development Infosys Consulting Workforce Transformation practice is seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP related Instructional Design, Training, Communications, and Project Management to build outcome-drive, multimodal training programs for our clients. As the owner of such programs, you will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to support the design and implementation of learning programs that increase employee engagement, accelerate performance, and improve business outcomes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Conducting learning needs analysis and engaging with client stakeholders to assess current learning programs, gaps, and future skills required to determine client learning needs. - Designing and delivering SAP related training content per client specifications including instructor-led training, eLearning, and Knowledge Transfer. - Constructing project deliverables including PowerPoint, video, and end-user print documentation such as job aids. - Leading substantial workstreams successfully including management of teams of consultants and analysts. Identifies and tracks program metrics and status. - Proactively seeks opportunities to add value and/or address client pain points. - Leading/facilitating client workshops to collaborate with clients and educate them through process. - Supporting the growth of our Workforce Transformation practice by contributing to collateral development and methodology. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. - 5 years plus experience in Instructional Design, Training, Communications - Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations - Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa
