Key Responsibilities SAP Basis Operations & Technical Leadership - Provide hands-on leadership for SAP Basis activities across ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, Fiori, BTP, and other SAP components. - Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and smooth functioning of SAP systems across development, QA, and production landscapes. - Oversee system refreshes, client copies, transport management, kernel upgrades, and routine maintenance tasks. Onsite Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement - Act as the primary onsite technical focal point for IT and business stakeholders. - Provide daily updates, manage expectations, handle escalations, and ensure alignment with AMS SLAs and KPIs. - Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery. Incident, Problem & Change Management - Lead resolution of Basis-related incidents and high-priority issues. - Drive root-cause analysis
