About this role
S&P Specialist with French - Lodz Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of: S&P Specialist with French - Lodz Key responsibilities - Execution of sourcing projects including full end to end management (scope discussion and clarification, sourcing execution, contract management and reporting) - Support operations across the AMEA region (Africa, Middle East, and Asia). - RFXs preparation and execution including eSourcing solutions - Negotiations, contract terms discussion, savings documentation and reporting - Build and maintain relationships with client Stakeholders including cross functional teams in Engineering department, Finance and or Logistic depending on project needs - Ensure full compliance with global defined documents - Delivery on key procurement SLA/KPI: savings, payment terms negotiation, delivery terms and others - Alert on hurdles time delays & supplier issues in managed market / commodity - Opportunity identification for sourcing/saving projects Requirements - Minimum 2 years of overall relevant experience in Sourcing & Procurement area, mostly in strategic initiatives (Capex Investment / MRO preferably, direct materials if available) - Familiarity with the AMEA (Africa, Middle East, and Asia) region and its business environment - a strong plus. - French on min C1 level (essential for client communication purposes) - Hands on experience in handling e-Sourcing projects across categories - Ability and proven experience in drafting sourcing planning, business case creation, sourcing execution including TCO approach - Hands on working experience in an ERP environment - Exposure to RFx/ eSourcing Tools, experience on leading platforms - Experience in matrix manged organization would
