Purpose of the Role : Implement the Quality management plan signed off for the engagement in consultation with respective Team lead or Quality specialists with the objective to ensure stability of process performance procedures and client commitments are met. Job Responsibilities: - Processing of volumes and provide process improvement. - Perform Finance Quality audits to measure accuracy identifying errors and closure of transaction in specified timelines. - Decisive in RCA and in tracing responsibility - Determine the follow up requirements and mode of follow up - Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement - Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams
