We're looking for a Harness SME to join our team. We're seeking a seasoned Harness Platform Specialist with deep expertise across the Harness Software Delivery Platform, including Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Security Testing Orchestration (STO), Chaos Engineering, Cloud Cost Management (CCM), and Harness AI Agents. The ideal candidate will bring hands on experience in designing scalable CI/CD architectures, migrating from legacy tool chains, implementing DevSecOps governance, and enabling teams in enterprise environments. Proven experience in end to end CI/CD delivery, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, OPA based governance, and AI driven pipeline automation using Harness AI Agents is essential. Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using the Harness platform, aligned with enterprise delivery, security, and compliance standards. - Architect and maintain end‑to‑end delivery workflows across Harness modules, including CI, CD, STO, Chaos Engineering, CCM, and emerging AI‑driven capabilities. - Implement and manage Harness Delegate installations, upgrades, image customizations, and integrations across cloud and on‑prem environments. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (DevOps, Platform, Security, AppDev) to define scalable CI/CD patterns and develop reusable pipeline templates. - Drive application onboarding to Harness, including assessments, pipeline configuration, troubleshooting, and modernization support (containerization, IaC adoption). - Integrate security scanners (SAST, SCA, DAST, container
