About this role
Batch Support 4A Request: Experienced IT professional with strong expertise in batch monitoring and processing across enterprise environments. Skilled in Autosys, TWS, Informatica, and data platforms like Snowflake , Hadoop , Teradata , SQL server etc. with a solid background in SQL and UNIX scripting. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex job failures , root cause analysis in a highly prompt manner to ensure smooth enterprise batch operations. - Fluent English (Intermediate) - A good understanding on Autosys / TWS / Control M - JIL / JCL , Batch Monitoring , Job dependencies , job log analysis and troubleshooting. - Able to Manage end-to-end batch processing cycles across multiple applications. - Investigate and resolve job failures, delays, and SLA breaches. - Strong experience in Incident, Problem, Escalation , Outage & Engagement processes. - Ability to analyze impact and risk , providing mitigation plans within short timelines. - Able to write SQL , Unix / Linux shell scripts to automate operational processes and improve efficiency. - Coordinated with cross-functional teams to ensure data availability and system stability. - In depth knowledge on SQL , Unix , Hadoop , snowflake , Teradata. - Proficient in ETL tools like informatica / SSIS. - Demonstrate flexibility by supporting weekend batch activities (Saturday & Sunday). - Effective communication and stakeholder management. - Domain knowledge - Banking , wealth management. - Wants to work on production support - Working in the office in hybrid schema (Tuesday and Thursday) every week - Starting 11:00 AM and finish 08:30
