Your role - Autonomous task agents that plan, reason, and use tools to complete multi-step workflows -campaign QA, comms research, briefing preparation, document workflows. - Multi-agent systems where specialized agents collaborate under an orchestrator (e.g. researcher / writer / reviewer patterns). - Long-running agents with persistent memory, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and approval gates suitable for enterprise use. Required - Strong programming skills in Python (typed, tested, production-ready). TypeScript / Node.js a plus. - Hands-on production experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or open-weight models). - Demonstrated experience designing agentic systems - fluency with at least one agent framework (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel) AND practical familiarity with multiple agent design patterns (ReAct, plan-and-execute, reflection, multi-agent). - Practical experience with retrieval systems and at least one vector database (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure
