We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business. We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets. Job Description: This role based in our China Resources Building office. Develop and implement the annual sales strategy and plan for Marintec China, aligning with the company's overall development goals. Decompose sales targets (including booth sales, sponsorship revenue, etc.) into individual team members and monitor the progress to ensure the achievement or overachievement of annual, quarterly and monthly sales objectives. Responsibly manage key customer relationships, conduct regular visits and communications with important clients Negotiating cooperation agreements with customers, review contract terms to ensure compliance and risk control, and promote the smooth signing and implementation of contracts. Strictly manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of sales funds. Coordinate with the marketing, operations, finance team and other departments to ensure the smooth progress of sales support work, such as the production of sales materials, the organization of promotional activities, and the follow-up of customer after-sales services.
