These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business. We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets. Job Description: Role Purpose The Assistant Marketing Manager drives integrated, data-informed marketing to grow audiences, registrations, and brand awareness across exhibitions, conferences, and digital programs. The role blends hands-on execution with light leadership-co-owning campaign planning, overseeing agencies and freelancers, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing performance across paid, owned, and earned channels. Primary focus is on digital and campaign operations; the role provides secondary support for Communications & Brand Messaging and Events as needed. The Marketing Executive is the primary owner of these two workstreams, with this role providing backup and surge capacity during peak periods, live events, and leave cover. Key Responsibilities Integrated Planning & Coordination • Co-develop annual and campaign-level marketing plans, budgets, and channel mixes aligned to business goals and event timelines. • Build and maintain campaign calendars, asset trackers, and project timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to align messaging, offers, and deliverables. • Maintain brand voice and visual
