Partnerships Lead New York City, San Francisco, or Boston, United States At Inductive Bio, we're helping drug hunters find better medicines, faster, through our virtual lab and AI-enabled synthesis and testing approach. Chemists have historically relied on slow, resource-intensive design-make-test-analyze (DMTA) cycles to find molecules that are effective, safe, and viable in the human body. We're changing that with our state-of-the-art AI platform that makes every DMTA cycle as efficient and impactful as possible. Our ADMET/PK models have placed first in the world's largest AI drug discovery competition for ADMET benchmarks two years running. Most recently, outperforming 370+ submissions, including Merck + NVIDIA, and EMD Serono. We are backed by leading investors at the intersection of technology and biotechnology, and our team includes world-class technology and drug discovery experts. We've partnered with dozens of biopharma companies to expedite their highest priority drug programs. To meet the rapidly growing demand, we need to expand our go-to-market team with high performing individuals. We are seeking a Partnerships Lead to drive adoption of our platform, shape tailored solutions for our customers, and own the full sales cycle. You'll play a key role in expanding our commercial footprint while helping refine our go-to-market strategy.
