Contract Senior Recruiter, Life Sciences Bothell, Washington, United States Company Overview Immunome is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company committed to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies. We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, supported by a leadership team with deep experience in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge therapies, including antibody-drug conjugates. Our pipeline includes varegacestat, an investigational gamma secretase inhibitor for which an NDA has been submitted to the U.S. FDA; IM-1021, a clinical-stage ROR1 ADC; IM-3050, an IND-cleared FAP-targeted radiotherapy; and IM-1617, an IND-cleared solid tumor ADC. We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early-stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets. Position Overview The Contract Senior Recruiter, Life Sciences will support Immunome's growing Clinical/Development and Commercial organizations by leading full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles across the organization. This position will partner closely with a variety of teams to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a competitive oncology biotech environment. Solid demonstrated candidate sourcing experience is required. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented recruiter with experience supporting clinical-stage life sciences organizations and managing multiple complex requisitions simultaneously. Responsibilities - Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of clinical and development-focused roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. - Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand evolving business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities. - Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates with experience in oncology drug development and clinical research environments. - Conduct in-depth candidate
