About this role

Marketing and Brand Lead Hong Kong, Hong Kong We seek a Marketing and Brand Lead to join our Hong Kong office, playing a pivotal role in shaping IMC's employer brand and recruitment marketing from execution through to planning and delivery. You'll bring deep marketing expertise, analytical rigour, and regional knowledge, with a thorough understanding of the APAC market landscape and the cultural fluency to connect authentically with talent across the region. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, APAC, and works closely with global marketing, recruitment, and HR teams. Based in our Hong Kong office, you will serve as the on-the-ground marketing executor for the region and have the autonomy to drive the regional marketing agenda forward independently, raising issues and escalating decisions, where needed. From time to time, you may provide additional support on broader regional initiatives and projects. Your Core Responsibilities - Serving as a strategic thought partner on APAC recruitment marketing strategy by sharing on-the-ground market insight, competitive awareness, observations, and recommendations on how IMC should be positioned in these markets. - Driving execution of campus recruitment marketing strategy.
