Senior Program Specialist Albuquerque, NM Title: Senior Program Specialist - Home Energy Checkup (HEC) Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico Ready to make a difference? ICF is growing its energy program implementation team to support new and existing contracts in the residential sector. Our clients include energy utilities, recognizable Fortune 500 corporations, and a variety of Federal, State, and local governmental agencies. We are seeking a Senior Program Specialist to provide critical project management services for utility- sponsored energy efficiency programs focused on the residential market. What you will be doing: Assist with the management of utility project performance including financial management, contract deliverables, strategic planning, quality assurance, and operational efficiencies. Internal staff coordination of project including, but not limited to, internal portfolio reviews, and working with internal program leads, such as Marketing, IT and Customer Experience to ensure minimum targets are met. Oversee and coordinate the delivery of Home Energy Assessments (HEAs) for utility customers by leading a team consisting of internal staff and Trade Allies.
