We are seeking a PROJECT MANAGER candidate to join the Housing and Community Development team at ICF who is enthusiastic about solving social issues related to disaster recovery, community development, and building the capacity of state, territorial, and local governments to administer disaster recovery programs. ICF seeks a self-motivated Project Manager - Disaster Recovery, Housing and Community Development Training and Technical Assistance to be an integral member of our multidisciplinary team in leading technical assistance and capacity building efforts for the U.S. Housing and Urban Development as part of the Community Compass Technical Assistance program. The primary focus is leading, coordinating, and managing technical assistance workstreams to provide guidance and strategic advising to disaster-impacted communities in their use of HUD's Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funding. The position will be responsible for leading and supporting a range of technical assistance engagements, providing direct guidance to grantees, and overseeing the development of products and training materials designed to help support federally-assisted disaster recovery and community development programs. This position requires strong project management experience and deep knowledge of HUD disaster recovery program activities.
