We are one of the leading providers of research and analysis on gender equality and non-discrimination policy issues to the institutions of the European Union. ICF has been supporting the development of European Union (EU) policies on gender and equality for fifteen years. Using the latest research and evaluation, we support the need of the European Commission, European Parliament and Agencies (like the European Institute for Gender Equality) to inform decisions on policies and programmes. As a Senior Consultant you will help us build our programme of work in this area, working with the team to win, manage and deliver assignments that provide insight and advice to our clients. You will also be looking to grow into a leadership role, helping to shape the work we do, manage the team we build and help keep us at the forefront of our profession
