Key responsibilities: Conduct policy analysis on RE and allied sectors and support development of recommendations. Benchmark global regulatory practices and assess relevance to India; prepare comparisons and applicability notes. Support stakeholder engagements and synthesize inputs into policy briefs and thematic notes. Contribute to thematic insight reports and leadership briefs as per client's priorities. Minimum qualifications: B.Tech in Engineering disciplines (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or related) from a recognized institution. Minimum experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy policy analysis (think tanks, multilaterals, or government projects). Preferred competencies / skills: Strong policy writing and ability to frame options and trade-offs. Research and benchmarking rigor. Stakeholder facilitation and synthesis into actionable outputs. Location: New Delhi Deployment: Full-time, onsite for 18-24 months, extension based on project requirements.
