Staff Product Designer Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland Role highlights: - Staff Product Designer - Location: Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland - Department: Product Management - Reports to: VP of Product - Employment type: Permanent - Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days / week in office) - Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required) Why this role matters: As a Staff Product Designer, you will be embedded in ICEYE's engineering domain responsible for customer-facing systems and interfaces, including APIs and UIs. You will take end-to-end ownership of UX across all products in our domain. Today, that includes four customer-facing web products used by professional users in demanding, real-world environments. This is a senior, high-impact role. You won't just design interfaces, you will shape what we ship, how it works for customers, and how UX contributes to customer and business outcomes. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and customers, you will make thoughtful trade-offs and turn complex problems into usable, valuable solutions. You'll have the opportunity to define and elevate UX across multiple critical customer products, influence how we build software, and work closely with customers solving meaningful problems. This role offers real ownership, real impact, and the chance to shape how UX, AI, and engineering come together in practice.
