This role partners directly with wealth management firms, financial advisors, issuers, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders to bring scale, analysis, and efficiency to the industry. This is a highly visible important opportunity offering significant ownership and growth as the platform scales. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in complexity and ambiguity, and is energized by independently driving outcomes and creating structure. This position owns key areas of the platform from conception through launch and iteration, including identifying unmet needs, defining requirements, and partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to execute across multiple initiatives. Operating in a fast-paced, agile environment, the role emphasizes rapid deployment, continuous learning, and a flexible, multi-disciplinary approach. Responsibilities - Engage with wealth management firms, financial advisors, structured investments issuers, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities and propose innovative solutions to address unmet needs in the structured investments industry. - Own and drive meaningful product domains or strategic initiatives across the structured investments platform, ensuring strong execution, operational continuity, and alignment with business objectives. - Define product requirements by writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for software engineers. - Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product feature and workflow development from conception to launch, including testing, iteration, and ongoing optimization. - Operate effectively in environments
