Investment Due Diligence, Private Markets - Senior Vice President Greenwich, Connecticut, United States; New York, New York, United States About the Role iCapital is seeking a Senior Vice President to join its growing Research and Due Diligence team, with a primary focus on private credit strategies and secondary coverage of broader private markets , including private equity, real estate, and real assets.This individual will play a leadership role in sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring investment opportunities. The role also includes overseeing due diligence processes, developing thought leadership and educational materials, presenting to clients, and managing a team of investment analysts. The ideal candidate will combine deep private credit expertise with a strong understanding of the evolving private markets landscape. Key Responsibilities - Lead the evaluation and due diligence of private credit managers and strategies, including direct lending, opportunistic credit, structured credit, and specialty finance - Conduct comprehensive investment and operational due diligence, with a focus on manager underwriting processes, portfolio construction, and risk management frameworks - Prepare detailed due diligence reports integrating both qualitative insights and quantitative analysis - Oversee and manage a private credit-focused investment pipeline, including sourcing, evaluating, and prioritizing new and existing opportunities - Support broader private markets coverage, including private equity, real estate, and real assets, as part of a diversified platform offering - Present investment opportunities and market insights to internal stakeholders, investment committees, and clients - Contribute to the development of private credit market views, including analysis of interest rate environments, credit spreads, and relative
