This key role will work closely with Senior Leadership to drive iCapital's long‑term growth providing strategic leverage, driving cross‑functional execution, and at times operating in a senior strategic support capacity to ensure alignment, accountability, and momentum across major initiatives. This individual will contribute meaningfully to both organic and inorganic growth efforts, including market assessments, strategic planning, M&A evaluation, due diligence, and other high‑priority strategic initiatives. The role offers significant exposure to the firm's most critical decisions and requires someone who thrives in environments where intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, and ownership are essential, with a strong interest in next‑generation financial technology trends shaping the future of private markets. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, operator, and problem solver who can move seamlessly between detailed analytical work and senior‑level strategic discussions. Responsibilities - Support senior leadership in developing, refining, and executing firmwide strategic priorities. - Serve as a strategic partner to several executives, helping drive clarity, operational alignment, and follow‑through on complex, cross‑functional initiatives. - Provide structured thought partnership and senior‑level strategic support where needed including agenda setting, preparation for key internal and external meetings, and tracking strategic deliverables. - Bring independent perspective and creative problem‑solving to ambiguous or open‑ended strategic questions and challenge assumptions where appropriate. - Evaluate and build deep understanding of new and emerging priorities, engaging internally
