About this role
Strategic Project Manager Hybrid - Denver, Denver, Colorado, United States Ibotta is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding . We are looking for someone to be responsible for leading implementation projects to partner with vanguards in grocery retail, commerce, and advertising to join the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN). This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States. Not based in Denver? We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one. What you will be doing: - Plan, execute, and complete technology implementation projects - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders representing various business and technology functions - Set project goals, identify key wins and risks, and anticipate potential future risks and/or opportunities in order to manage them accordingly - Apply problem-solving and facilitation skills to identify and solve and complex business issues - Create and maintain all PMO documents to support planning and status reporting - Support scoping and requirements gathering for potential new projects - Facilitate meetings, assign clear action items and follow-ups - Manage any competing and/or conflicting demands within project teams, using conflict mitigation techniques to maintain forward project momentum - Lead effective project reviews and retrospectives to gather feedback, implement issue detection processes, and take action to make improvements - Support the standardization and
