The Senior Manager, Business Operations is a key strategic leadership position dedicated to enhancing process efficiency and guiding a high-volume Operations team toward operational excellence. Serving as a vital partner across the business, you will spearhead essential projects and propel strategic initiatives. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and forward-thinking leader to join our team. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States. Not based in Denver? We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one. What you will be doing: - Lead a team of Managers, Supervisors, Associates and/or Analysts who are responsible for the Operational tasks within Customer Operations including managing setup, QA, launch and supporting sales and account management activities across all verticals in both managed and self-service capacities. - Provide 1:1 coaching, performance management and professional development to all team members to achieve team and company goals - Foster and maintain a performance-driven team culture, driving continuous improvements with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, and advocating for AC resources and optimizations - Help drive and execute the team's vision and OKRs - Help further define role expectations and career pathing for the
