Our Fraud Operations team at Ibotta is one of the key differentiators among Ibotta's competitors, and we are seeking a Fraud Operations Agen t to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. The accuracy, efficiency, and analytical thinking the team puts into every task is a key component in the success of our team and the strategy of company-wide fraud processes. Our Fraud Operation Agents offer world class, real-time support in processes that ensure accuracy, quality and efficiencies for the company. The work you will complete in this position has direct impacts across multiple teams, processes and our bottom line. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States. Not based in Denver? We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one. What you will be doing: - Perform in-depth account and receipt reviews - Ongoing fraud performance audits - Review of internal process/program data reported by internal teams (Engineering, Analytics, Client, Marketing, etc.) - Identify and escalate fraud trends - Assist in special projects as assigned by the Fraud Operations Leadership team - Advise on Fraud mitigation techniques - Embrace and uphold Ibotta's Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency & A good idea can
