Job Description & Responsibilities We are offering an exciting Sales Development Program designed to launch the career of an ambitious, client-focused individual into the world of financial sales. This is a permanent position with a structured 18-month rotational program that provides comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and professional certification-setting you up for long-term success as a sales professional. You'll begin as a Junior Sales Associate and, upon successful completion of the program, transition to Sales Associate with an increased salary and expanded responsibilities.
