Job Function Support the Estimating and Scheduling Engineer/Officer in delivering estimating services and reports within the context of the Engineering organization. Assist in the development and maintenance of Database of Engineering Estimates produced by the Engineering estimating group. Prepare detailed materiel and resource forecasting reports for projects considering materiel lead times, resource constraints and other factors, direct costs, risks, and assumptions. Analyze implications of project status changes from the moment of initial estimate to the moment of full funding release.
