About the Role The VP, FP&A will act as the CFO's primary strategic thought partner, responsible for defining and building a best-in-class, tech-enabled FP&A function in a fast-scaling, operationally complex environment. Located in office at our corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida, this leader will transform our financial planning from a spreadsheet-driven function into a scalable, tech-first decision engine capable of supporting aggressive growth across capital-intensive assets. In this role, you will own the architectural design of our operational finance, balancing an operator's mindset with public company discipline. Your core mission is to establish a high-credibility FP&A function trusted by executives, investors, and the board.
